SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Estimated delivery timeframes after processing:
- USPS First-Class Mail: 1–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current USPS rates and your order's weight and destination.
International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide via USPS and UPS International services in sone cases. Estimated delivery timeframes after processing:
- USPS First-Class Package International: 7–21 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3–5 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current USPS rates, destination country, and package weight.
Order Tracking Tracking information is provided for all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. BROKERS CLVB has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
